Device management – Add or delete device
In device management, you can easily manage your devices in E-Banking. Activate new devices, delete devices you no longer need or change the names of existing devices.
If you do not have access to e-banking through an existing device (e.g., your phone is damaged or lost), you can restore the contracts on your new smartphone using your backup.
E-Banking login
Go to the E-Banking login page and enter the contract number and password. Click on "Login". Confirm the login via your "Zugerkb Acces App".
Device management
Once you have successfully logged in to E-Banking, go to "Settings" and scroll down to the "Device management" section. To add an additional device, click on "Activate additional device".
Confirmation
Scan the QR code with the "ZugerKB Access" app on your existing and registered smartphone. Use the "QR Scanner" function in the app. After scanning, you will receive a confirmation in the app. Confirm this message to receive a code. Enter this code in the "Code" field on the screen and click "Next."
Device registration
Please install the ZugerKB Access app on your new smartphone and open it. Use it to scan the QR code shown below.
Set device name
You can now specify a name to identify your device.
Device activation completed
Your device has been successfully activated. Click on "Next" to return to the device management overview, where you can manage all your activated devices.
Manage devices
In device management, you can add further devices, delete or rename existing devices.
