E-banking access blocked
If you have entered your e-banking password incorrectly several times, your contract will be blocked. You can unblock it yourself. You will find step-by-step instructions below.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself. You can find out how to do this in the corresponding instructions.
E-Banking login
If you enter your password incorrectly several times in ZugerKB E-Banking, your contract will be automatically blocked. Click on "Self-unblocking". You will be redirected to the "Unblock contract" dialogue.
Unblock contract
Please enter your contract number and click "Continue".
Confirmation
Please confirm the push notification from the "ZugerKB Access" app on your smartphone. If you have not received a message, click on "Offline mode"
Offline mode
After clicking on "Offline mode", scan the displayed QR code using the "ZugerKB Access" app on your phone. Then type the displayed numerical code into the corresponding field.
Contract unblocked
Your contract has been unblocked. You can log in to e-banking with your existing password.
