Would you like to continue using your e-banking after switching devices? To do so, it is necessary to activate ZugerKB Access on the new smartphone.
Preparation
Before you can use ZugerKB Access on your new smartphone, ensure that you have created a backup of the data from your old smartphone to restore your active contracts. Detailed information on creating backups on iOS and Android can be found in the links below.
If creating the backup is no longer possible, please contact our customer support.
ZugerKB Access App starten
After opening the ZugerKB Access App on your new smartphone, a banner will appear (Figure 1). This informs you that active contracts can be restored from the backup.
If you prefer to restore the contracts later, you can do so at any time via the navigation bar under the "More" section (Figure 2).

Restore Contracts
Tap the button «Restore Contracts».
This will deactivate access on the old device.
Contracts Successfully Restored
The contracts have been successfully restored from the backup. Your smartphone is now ready for access to e-banking.
