To irrevocably delete your ZugerKB TWINT account, please contact our Zuger Kantonalbank direct advisory team. We are available for you on weekdays from 08.00 to 18.00 on 041 709 11 11. Alternatively, you can send us a message or fill in the contact form.
After identification by the Zuger Kantonalbank direct advisory team and your notification that you no longer wish to use the ZugerKB TWINT app and services, your user account for the ZugerKB TWINT app will be deactivated by Zuger Kantonalbank.
The personal data stored by Zuger Kantonalbank will be deleted or anonymised ten years after the end of the business relationship, insofar as this is technically possible. This does not apply to data that Zuger Kantonalbank must store for longer to fulfil legal obligations. Deleting the ZugerKB TWINT app on your smartphone does not result in the automatic deletion of personal data at Zuger Kantonalbank.
