If your card is lost or stolen, quick action is essential to prevent misuse. We offer you uncomplicated options for blocking your ZugerKB debit and credit cards online or by phone.
Simple online blocking in e-banking
Use our e-banking to quickly block or unblock your cards. Here's how:
- Log in to ZugerKB E-Banking.
- Select the ”Cards” tab.
- Click on ”Block” next to the relevant card.
- To complete the blocking, click on ”Block” again.
If necessary, you can easily unblock the blocked card later. To do this, click on ”Unblock”.
Call us for card blocking
You can block all ZugerKB cards by phone. Simply call the 24h blocking center.
