    Fraude websites are currently circulating on the Internet. Their aim is to get you to enter your e-banking login details (e.g. contract number, password). By following the tips below, you can make an important contribution to your security.

    Tips for Secure E-Banking:

    • An antivirus program protects your devices from access by third parties
    • Always keep your operating system up to date.
    • Only log in to Zuger Kantonalbank e-banking via the official website www.zugerkb.ch. Do not use any links that you find in search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).
    • Before entering your personal login data, check the authenticity of the security certificate (at the top of the browser URL). Zuger Kantonalbank e-banking uses the address wwwsec.zugerkb.ch
    • Check your pending payments at the end of your e-banking session.
    • Always exit e-banking or mobile banking with Log out.
    • Always clear your browser history / cache after leaving e-banking.

    Security recommendations for mobile banking

    In addition to the general security measures for e-banking, please note the following recommendations for mobile banking:

    • Never leave your device unattended
    • Use a strong password and keep it a secret
    • Do not save access data such as contract number and password on the mobile device
    • Always enter your login details in public under cover
    • Always end a mobile banking session with a complete logout
    • Use the latest version of the ZugerKB Mobile Banking app and operating system
    • Activate the code lock for your device (screen saver password)
    • Do not perform a jailbreak/rooting (impairment of the security infrastructure)
    • Zuger Kantonalbank does not use SMS authentication for e-banking login. This means that you will NEVER receive an SMS from Zuger Kantonalbank when you log in to e-banking
