• Land register extract
• List of investments made (for 2nd hand properties)
• Copy of the building insurance policy (for single-family houses)
• Renewal fund status (for condominiums)

Financial preconditions and documents

To check your financing, we need the following personal details. Upload them in PDF format:

• Last fully completed tax return
• Salary statement for the last 3 years
• Pension fund statement
